The Importance of Planning in IT Project Management and Personal Goals

As we start a new year, it’s a great time to reflect on the importance of planning in both our professional and personal lives. The beginning of a new year is an opportunity to set new goals, establish plans and to work towards achieving them. Often times we are so focused on the ‘what are we going to get’ and ‘when are we going to get it’ aspects more than the ‘how are we going to get there’ aspect.
